Whether you love them or loathe them, meetings are an essential part of work. If poorly managed, they can zap the energy from the room, leave participants disengaged and feel like a complete and utter waste of time. When handled skillfully, meetings can harness the collective wisdom, power and creativity of the group for the greater good of the organization.

The Details

Since meetings are where work should happen, it’s imperative that they are inclusive. In our most practical and actionable workshop to date, we present information gathered from corporate leaders and from our own observations, to help teams create productive and inclusive meeting environments and leverage the unique skills and strengths of all participants. Participants will understand how to elevate collective intelligence in meetings and be reminded that the "people part" of any meeting is the most important aspect of accomplishing their goals.
